The online form can be filled at home using a computer or mobile device. It is recommended to fill the form by the applicant him/herself, ensuring all the details are accurate and consistent with your official documents. While filling out the form, select the appropriate enrolment centre such as District/Area Administration Office (for normal service) or the Department of Passports (for urgent service), or the concerned/relevant embassy (if you are living abroad. Then, select a suitable date and time for your appointment at the selected enrolment centre.​ After that, fill all the information in the given fields accurately, upload necessary documents (citizenship for new and citizenship certificate and previous passport for renew) and submit the form. After submission, you'll receive a complete copy of the form with a barcode and QR code.​ Print the form and bring it when you go to the Enrolment Centre at your scheduled time. If printing the form isn't possible, save the form (pdf, not a screenshot) on your mobile and present it during your appointment. 

B.  After completing the form application, visit your chosen enrolment centre with the form and other necessary documents (original documents) to register your passport application. The application process includes in the following order:

1. Form verification Form verification. 

2. Revenue payment  

3. Live enrolment (Taking photograph and providing biometric information).

C. Once the passport is ready, you will be notified via email or SMS (within Nepal only). Upon receiving the notification, bring the necessary documents (application form, revenue payment slip and previous passport) to the same location where you submitted your application to collect your passport.

D. The above-mentioned process is applicable for all passport services, including new applications, renewals, and replacements due to loss, theft, or damage."
