In general, the requisite photograph for passport issuance shall be captured on-site at the enrollment centre; applicants are therefore not required to submit a photograph in advance. However, in the case of newborns and children under five years of age, applicants are requested to submit a passport-size photograph (35mm x 45mm), with a plain white background and without borders, at the time of application.
